CESurv is a national network of Commercial Energy Performance Assessors specialising in providing certificates and guidance in connection with the Governments' Energy performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
EPC's and DEC's are required by law to be provided for all qualifying Commercial buildings by 4th January 2009 - see EPC for more information.
Buildings will be required to have a Certificate when they are BUILT, SOLD or LEASED.
Certificates can only be issued by qualified Energy Assessors.
